Job Description

To manage the development of integrated, innovative media plans and/or advertising plans with a view to achieving optimal exposure of the brand, its assets, and properties at the most efficient spend.

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Brand and Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand positioning, public relations, and corporate communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller, skilled in building brands that resonate with both internal and external audiences.

As a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, you’ll play a pivotal role in protecting and enhancing the reputation of our brand, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and driving communication strategies that support business objectives.

Are you someone who can:

  • Develop and implement brand strategy and corporate identity across platforms.
  • Lead internal and external communications to ensure consistent, clear, and engaging messaging.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communications.
  • Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and reputational risk.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
  • Support executive and stakeholder communication, including speeches, reports, and presentations.
  • Drive employee communication and culture-aligned messaging.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all business units.

You will be an ideal candidate if you

  • Have a minimum degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent.
  • Have a post-graduate qualification or Master of Business Administration (it will be an added advantage).
  • Have 4 -5 years working experience in brand management, corporate communications, or Public Relations.
  • Have proven ability to manage campaigns, media engagements, and content strategy.
  • Have experience in the financial services, telecommunications, or regulated industries.
