Job Description

To partner with the business in the provision of financial expertise and advice and develop supporting processes that continuously enhance the delivery of financial services.

Are you someone who can

  • Lead and manage the monthly balance sheet reconciliation process for Merchant Services and Issuing (both ATM and POS).
  • Ensure all reconciliations are completed accurately and timely.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies and variances in account balances.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and support for reconciliations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to governance standards and CBL NPS guidelines/SLAs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals.
  • Review daily/weekly/monthly settlement process.
  • Management of annual SLA process with Business units.

You will be an ideal candidate if you

  • Have a minimum degree in Finance, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • Have a degree in Mathematics (it will be an added advantage).
  • Have 2-4 years relevant experience in Financial Management or Accounting.
