To drive the implementation of the Country Operational Risk Management Framework that sets out enterprise-level governance, policies, and practices to proactively identify, assess, measure, report on, mitigate, and control operational risk exposures.

Bachelorโs degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Law, Economics, ACCA, CIMA
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐
At least 7 yearsโ experience in Risk Management/ Internal/ External Audit/Regulatory Compliance/Supervision within Financial Services.
๐๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐๐๐ ๐
โข Understanding of the business drivers and the strategic direction of the business, and the role of risk management in achieving the objectives.
โข Awareness of current industry threats, trends, technologies and issues that potentially affect the organizationโs business.
โข Knowledge of risk management best practices and how to implement them.
โข Knowledge of global operational risk management principles, practices, and regulatory issues (Basel, etc.)
โข Knowledge of Financial Sector Industry law, rules, and regulations.

โข Ability to implement operational risk programs at scale; experience leading risk mitigation strategies and regulatory compliance initiatives.
โข Strong project management experience with an ability to partner across functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical users.
โข Ability to negotiate with all levels of management to influence decisions, make recommendations, and implement change.
โข Good planning and organizational skills, and a creative and innovative approach to work.

โข Implements the countryโs operational risk management framework, standards, and methodology.
โข Monitors the countryโs set appropriate risk tolerance levels.
โข Identifies operational risks and assesses the adequacy of controls to manage such risks, including recommending enhanced or additional controls.
โข Facilitates the alignment of the risk management process with the Companyโs Policies and the appropriate regulatory framework.
