Sales Agents

Requirements

• Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products.

• Generate new business.

• Provide a new service to Basotho.

• Provide after-sales service to clients to ensure client retention.

• Contact prospective clients to discuss the adequacy of existing insurance coverage.

• Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients.

• Suggest modifications and updates to clients’ existing insurance policies.

• Assist clients with filing of insurance claims.

Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing / other similar qualifications.

• Previous experience in insurance.

• Good customer relations.

• Presentation and reporting skills.

• Understanding of insurance policies and the industry.

• Be goal-driven.

• Willingness to work extra hours.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
