Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Marketing Officer Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about digital media, content marketing, and community engagement. You’ll be responsible for strengthening our brand presence across digital platforms and contributing to the growth of MosebetsiHub’s audience and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow MosebetsiHub’s social media platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp Channel and LinkedIn)
- Plan and schedule engaging content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Canva
- Monitor trends and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement
- Assist in managing the Mosebetsihub website (basic content updates, publishing blogs, SEO tweaks)
- Collaborate with the content and tech teams to ensure the site is visually and strategically aligned
- Draft short blog posts, captions, and email content aligned with brand voice
- Monitor analytics and produce weekly performance reports
- Help run digital campaigns for events, job postings, or partner projects
Requirements
- Strong interest or background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Digital Studies
- Familiarity with Facebook Pages, Instagram, and social media tools
- Basic knowledge of CMS and SEO principles is a plus
- Graphic design skills (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a bonus
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently or remotely
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
