Marketing Officer

• Assist in implementing offline and online marketing campaigns as per the agreed marketing plan and budget
• Support the preparation of marketing reports and tracking of key metrics (e.g. campaign reach, performance, and engagement)
• Assist in executing PR and corporate social responsibility activities
• Coordinate the design, proofreading, translation, and production of marketing materials
• Liaise with local service providers and vendors for printing, media placements, activations, etc
• Support local branch teams in distributing marketing materials and implementing POS branding
• Conduct competitor research and assist in preparing market insights reports.
• Support event planning and onsite marketing activations (e.g. trade shows, roadshows, community events)
• Maintain marketing stock records and ensure materials are available and distributed on time

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in marketing
• Familiarity with digital and offline marketing tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Good coordination and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic design/editing tools
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
