Are you someone who can:
- Oversee and manage daily Call Centre operations to meet client KPIs and client experience standards.
- Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workforce optimization for peak efficiency.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify improvement areas.
- Implement strategies aimed at reducing attrition rates and growing the customer base through targeted outbound campaigns and customer engagement.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Have a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent.
- Have 5 years of experience in Call Centre and complaints management.
- Have proven experience as a Call Center Operations Manager, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Have knowledge of the Bank’s products (it will be an added advantage).
