VACANCY CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
In the Customer Experience Division
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Lesotho Nationals for the above-mentioned position. The position will be on a Five (5) year performance based contract and is tenable at the Head Office in Maseru. The incumbent will be responsible to the Head of Customer Experience
Qualifications, Experience & Other Requirements
- BComm Accounting.
- Minimum of Five (5) years of experience in a managerial position in a customer service environment.
- Master’s in Business Administration or Finance will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of utility operations and billing systems
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Must be innovative and customer-centric.
Key Performance Areas
Customer Service Operations Management
- Develop customer service strategies, recommend and communicate policies and standards to guide business strategies.
- Develop departmental operational plan.
- Develop and enforce service standards.
Customer database, receipting & vending
- Constantly maintain and update the customers’ database.
- Implement tariff and timeously apply tariff changes and ensure accurate billing.
- Review and recommend effective and efficient vending methods.
- Establish an efficient and effective interface with customers for handling all customer requirements.
- Develop and enforce service standards.
- Monitor Sales Agents.
Sales analysis
- Regularly update prepaid sales reports.
