Job Title: Laundry Supervisor
Report To: Head of Cultivation and Estate
Number Required: 1
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily laundry operations
- Washing
- Drying
- Folding
- Manage laundry staff
- Schedule shifts
- Assign tasks
Fill in timesheets
- Supervise performance
- Maintain laundry equipment
- Ensure machines are functioning properly and report malfunctions
Inventory
- Collect laundry supplies/consumables
Coordinate with other departments
- Meet uniform needs
- Maintain stability at the laundry house
Required Skills
- Leadership and team management
- Attention to detail and quality assurance
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and consumables
- Inventory control and time management
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Physical stamina for standing and moving for long periods
Qualifications
- High school education
- Experience in laundry or housekeeping supervision
- Familiarity with industrial laundry equipment
