INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Alliance Group Investment Holding Company Limited invites applications for the position of Independent Non-Executive Director on its Board. The ideal candidate must bring strategic insight, governance expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Remuneration will be market-related and shall cover preparation and attendance at Board Meetings, sub-committee work, and ad-hoc work such as special delegated tasks and assignments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversight and governance at the Board and subcommittee level
Participation in committees: Investment, Strategy, Remuneration, Audit & Risk
Support for special assignments and delegated Board tasks
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Minimum 15 years’ post-qualification experience
10 years in a senior leadership role
Expertise in investment management, governance, and risk oversight
Proven commercial and entrepreneurial acumen
Willingness to undergo “fit and proper” assessment by the Central Bank of Lesotho
ADVANTAGES
Previous Board experience
Experience in the financial sector; IFRS 17 knowledge preferred
Membership of a professional body
NOTE
