As an ambassador of world-class manufacturing, you will bring your expertise to ensure peak efficiency, uncompromising quality, and a continuous drive for improvement. When needed, your role will go beyond production oversight. As a versatile leader, your ability to empower teams, enhance processes, and collaborate across functions will be key.

Required Skills and Competencies:

The strategic and results-driven individual best suited to this role at Jonsson Workwear Lesotho will require these skills:

• Extensive leadership experience in clothing manufacturing, driving operational excellence.
• Strong technical expertise in garment construction, line balancing, and work-study methodologies.
• Proven ability to leverage data-driven insights to proactively address challenges and optimize performance.
• Expertise in Total Quality Management (TQM) within the apparel industry.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of production strategies.
• Commitment to fostering a learning culture, upskilling teams, and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills, diagnosing and resolving complex challenges in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive approach to cultivating a safe, efficient, and disciplined work environment.
