Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Administrator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has completed their CAT (Certified Accounting Technician) qualification and is looking to join a fast-paced organization in a supportive, small business environment. The job requires a candidate with at least 1 full year of work experience. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cashbook and assist with daily financial record-keeping
• Help prepare monthly and weekly financial summaries and reports
• Support the budgeting process and expense monitoring
• Liaise with our external accounting consultant
• Assist in reconciling sales records with financial reports
• Monthly VAT filing
• Manage stock in inventory with POS
• Support basic administrative daily tasks
• Product Pricing

Requirements:

• CAT (Certified Accounting Technician) qualification is required
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar tools
• Strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Professionalism and integrity
• Drivers license an advantage
• Business Management qualification an advantage
