We are looking for the following skill: Relationship Officer – Mafeteng

Contract Type: Permanent

Main Purpose

Reporting to the Branch Manager Mafeteng, the Relationship Officer will attract, acquire and retain clients by selling Letshego products to generate new business and to provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention.

Position Requirements

Education

Diploma in Commercial areas (Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing and Accounting etc.)

Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sales Agent/Representative/Administrator or Client service agent preferably in the financial services industry.

Knowledge

  •  Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of loan application processes, eco-system and systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in Sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

Core Deliverables/ Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • To sell the company products and services, as assigned to you.
  • To receive and process loan applications from walk in clients and all clients.
  • To act as a liaison between the customer and The Company, providing excellent customer service to the customer at all times.
  • To assist the customer with completion of relevant Company documentation and collation of necessary supporting documents.
  • To achieve or exceed the minimum monthly targets.
  • To support the Company in some of its marketing activations and public outreach activities meant to create awareness about products and services as may be required from time to time.
  • To refer new employer schemes business to the Company where such opportunities have been identified in furtherance of common objectives between you and the Company.
