Position: Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for managing the arrival of all visitors to the Bank, coordinating internal and external communications, and providing exceptional administrative support while upholding the Bank’s prestigious public image. The role requires a polished and securityconscious professional serving as the primary ambassador for the Bank, managing a highvolume visitor reception in line with security access protocols, and multi-line communications with absolute discretion.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Visitor Management: Greeting and directing visitors, consultants, and stakeholders professionally, while maintaining a digital or manual visitor log and liaising with protection services for issuance of security passes

• Facility Oversight: Ensuring the reception area and common meeting spaces remain professional and always organized

• Communication Hub: Managing a multi-line switchboard, screening and routing calls effectively, and handling general email inquiries with high accuracy

• Administrative Support: Assisting with booking meeting rooms for division meetings and project kick-offs meetings

• Logistics Coordination: Managing the receipt and dispatch of couriers, maintaining office supply inventory, and coordinating internal mail distribution

• Events Arrangements: Assisting in the provision of protocol services and official events management.

• Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration or relevant fields

• The following will be an added advantage:

1. Basic Computer Training

2. Training in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience:

• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a front-facing administrative or customer service role

• Experience in operating office equipment such as scanners, printers and PBX systems will be a preferred added advantage.
