𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲:
Attract, acquire and retain clients by selling company products to generate new business and to provide after-sales service to clients to ensure client retention, increase market share and contribute to the overall business objectives and its long-term viability.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆:
- Engage with prospective clients to highlight the features and benefits of various products based on their financial wellness needs.
- Sell products in line with clients’ financial needs by conducting affordability analysis.
- Achieve set targets on production, quality and conversion.
- Adhere to compliance requirements in the sales process.
- Provide financial advice to enhance clients’ financial wellness.
- Investigate and resolve client queries within agreed service levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide accurate information, advice and exceptional client service.
- Proactively maintain client relationships through professional and credible Financial Advisory services.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀:

- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent qualification
- Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance will be an added advantage

- 2 years related field sales experience.
