Job Title: Head, Personal and Private Banking
Location: Maseru, Lesotho
Job Description:
- Develop and deliver the Personal and Private Banking (PPB) strategy in alignment with country and domain priorities.
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and growth through strong value propositions across the client value chain.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality client experiences that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead financial and value management, including capital, liquidity, and performance tracking.
- Oversee end-to-end risk management, governance compliance, and audit outcomes.
- Drive product and solution implementation aligned to client needs and regulatory standards.
- Ensure effective use of technology and data to support strategy and decision-making.
- Uphold strong leadership, people development, and organisational capability.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field with minimum 10 years’ experience
OR
MBA / Masters in Business Leadership or related field with minimum 10 years’ experience
Experience Required:
- 10–15 years’ experience in consumer sales and service
- Strong track record in leadership within complex organisations
- Experience developing and executing client value propositions in evolving markets
- Understanding of digital banking, open banking, and platform integration
