JOB VACANCY: RECEPTIONIST / SECRETARY

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-spoken, and able to handle basic office duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and attending to them professionally

• Answering phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries appropriately

• Managing the front desk and maintaining a tidy reception area

• Filing documents and keeping records organized

• Assisting with basic office administration and correspondence

• Scheduling appointments and managing diaries when required

• Supporting other staff with general clerical duties

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate

• Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field (added advantage)

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Presentable, polite, and professional attitude

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Experience

• 2–3 years experience in a similar role is an added advantage
